Working closely with the Head of Corporate and Community Engagement, you’ll implement strategies to achieve THRFG’s goals in brand awareness, engagement, and income development. We’re looking for individuals who possess:
* At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to develop, manage, and grow partnerships and sponsorships.
* Strong knowledge and experience in community and peer-to-peer fundraising activities.
* Demonstrated success in managing business partners and building strategic networks and relationships.
* Existing relationships within the Western Australian community (desirable) and experience managing a small team.
* Experience in managing and overseeing events, with proficiency in project management and the use of word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications.
* A solid understanding of the profit-for-purpose industry, with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively within a team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Community Engagement, the Corporate and Community Development Manager, will:
* Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership and sponsorship plan, aligned with THRFG’s strategic objectives in WA.
* Identify and secure new corporate partners and sponsors, while nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue and engagement.
* Collaborate with partners to create high-quality proposals and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and alignment with THRFG's goals.
* Oversee the growth of the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Program in WA, including campaign management and meeting fundraising targets.
* Plan and execute events within budget, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, track revenue and engagement outcomes, and report progress to the Head of Corporate and Community Engagement.
* Foster positive relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and the community to enhance THRFG’s campaigns and fundraising efforts.
