And what does your heart beat for?Your new adventureServing as a liaison between management and works council, providing advice and guidance on all labor-related matters.Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreement, handle grievances and participate in dispute resolution processes with a solution-oriented mindset.Collaborate with business stakeholders, global and local HR or legal teams in developing and implementing labor relations-related strategies and initiatives.Proactively identify and conduct research on the new trends / best practices in labor relations-related policies and processes, as well as other human resources issues, and make recommendations on changes.Provide good quality employment legal advice on a broad range of labor relations-related topics to enable the business to identify, manage and report legal risk.Your experiences and skillsUniversity degree in Laws or Industrial Relations with a specialization in Labor Law incl. Works Constitution Act, social insurance rights, income tax regulations, Data Protection Acts, visa and works permission law, etc.Knowledge in international labor law and M&A incl. due diligence would be beneficial.A minimum of 10 years of industrial relations management experience in a leadership role in local engineering / manufacturing-type environments, with a proven track record of successfully creating and managing positive labor relationships.Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and to build relationships and internal network at all levels incl. excellent negotiation and influencing skills, creativity and solution-oriented mindset, strategic thinking.Excellent communication in English and German, both written and spoken.We offerYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 76,751.22 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
