You have a passion for selling, providing excellent customer service, and leading the store team. You optimize the store to achieve sales targets and budgets to maximize profitability and ensure a positive customer experience. You implement selling activities, secure product flow, and our Monki Way of Selling on all levels. You work with succession planning, training, and developing the store team.Key Responsibilities:Secure excellent customer service at all levels.Take daily actions to maximize selling in a profitable way.Lead, inspire, and develop the store team forward and towards set goals.Ensure high quality and efficient standards on store operations, merchandising, sales activities, campaigns, stock levels, and follow-up.Ensure that all administrative procedures and routines are followed, i.e., staff planning, security, and work environment.We are looking for you with an inspirational and motivating leadership approach that makes you the natural core of the team. Fashion awareness is the basis for your ideas on how to work strategically, tactically, and operationally to drive sales. You are an organized person with analytical abilities and know how to prioritize and plan ahead to keep us as efficient as possible and do follow-ups to optimize sales. You set an example with straightforward communication.What You Need to Succeed:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role with staff responsibility.Salesmanship, a natural drive to seek opportunities to drive selling in a profitable way.Analytical and strategic thinking.Structured and organized mindset.Fluent/skilled in English, both written and spoken.This is a full-time position, starting in September 2024.
