Tasks and Responsibilities
* Responsible for driving topline revenue growth
* Developing a network of new accounts delivering incremental revenue
* Manage, strengthen, and grow existing accounts
* Identify channel and market opportunities nationally
* Deliver sales growth that meets or exceeds mutually agreed revenue targets
Qualifications and Experience
* Customer obsessed – must live and breathe customer success as the foundational key to their and the business’ success
* Proven track record in delivering sales growth with previous experience and established contacts in the FMCG industry required, particularly major supermarkets, pharmacies, and large chain specialty health.
* Results driven and expects to be rewarded for achieving agreed upon results
* Self-starter that understands what needs to be done in a National Sales Manager role
* Flexible hours and WFH/WFO options
* Generous, Uncapped Commission Structure in addition to Base + Car Allowance + Super
