Snr Manager HR, Austria
Hybrid/On Site (preferably Vienna but multiple locations to be visited in Austria)
You will be responsible for creating a consistent “one dsm-firmenich” employee experience at every moment that matters. A broad role, working closely with business leaders and the Austria Country Lead. An excellent opportunity for someone to make his/her next development step.

Your key responsibilities
1. Partner for "One dsm-firmenich" initiative, deploying planned initiatives across sites/locations in the country, providing efficient, aligned, and lean HR solutions while supporting business needs.
2. Make certain the ANH carve out and set up of RemainCo in Austria goes well.
3. Foster a growth culture within the matrix set-up, upgrading talent through strategic staffing and talent pipeline development (succession planning) for key roles, in alignment with dsm-firmenich values and competencies.
4. Establish and maintain successful HR partnerships and relationships across all levels of the organization, promoting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing workforce development.
5. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, challenge, guide, advise Business leaders of the BU/BP and ensure legal and social compliance with local laws & legislation and code of conduct.
6. Be the country HRBP for the business population in Austria (TTH).
7. Accountable for labor relations/unions in the country coordinating with all sites/locations and engage in country with relevant external networks.
8. Be the interface with the Romer Labs works council.
9. Lead change management efforts to support country transformation and growth, drive locally (business agnostic) led/required initiatives & programs.
10. Manage impact, stakeholder engagement and adoption in the business for implementation of new initiatives.
11. Support appointed Country Leaders (CL) and participate in their CL Team representing the HR function to provide a Human “lens/perspective”.
12. Reports to the Central Europe Regional HR cluster manager.

You bring
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (HR, Business Adm., Social Sciences) and professional trainings in HR fields.
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in snr. HR leadership roles, strong business acumen with ability to build and lead diverse teams.
3. Strategic and analytical mindset with outstanding stakeholder management and communication & influencing skills on all hierarchical levels.
4. Organizational and cultural awareness/ sensitivity.
5. High-level understanding of country employer practices and labor laws.
