IQRA College is seeking to appoint an outstanding visionary IT manager.
The position of IT Manager at IQRA College doesn't mean you are leading a team, but you are expected to do the work yourself with an available IT support.
Tasks
1. Identify all applications in school and their uses in education and education-related matters (learning management system, enrollment systems, finance systems, macbook systems, parents communication systems, bus system, uniform system, library system, etc).
2. Generate a one platform that includes all the applications in one place where they all connect and communicate with each other.
3. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the school's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
4. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure data protection and information security.
5. Manage IT budgets, expenditures, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
6. Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance to relevant stakeholders and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
7. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, IT governance standards, and industry certifications.
8. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical IT systems and data.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
2. Proven experience in performing above duties.
3. Past experience in managing Microsoft Azure environment and Apple devices integration.
4. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify IT issues and propose effective solutions.

Lines of Communication
The IT Manager reports to the Principal. The role collaborates closely with the school’s leadership team and other key stakeholders.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday.
