We’re now looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to join our team and help drive the next phase of our growth — across both at-need and pre-need services.
The Opportunity
This newly created role will take ownership of McCartney Family Funerals’ marketing performance, strategy, and lead generation. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and our creative team to drive market share, increase ROI, and position the business as the leading provider in our region.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy across all channels
2. Plan, manage, and report on marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, at-need leads, and pre-need contracts
3. Track and optimise key metrics (CPL, conversion, traffic, engagement, ROI)
4. Coordinate creative direction with our in-house Content Creator and Graphic Designer
5. Manage relationships with external SEO and PPC consultants, ensuring performance accountability
6. Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align marketing with business goals
7. Contribute to local community engagement initiatives and events
What You’ll Bring
1. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or campaign management capacity
2. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results
3. Ability to interpret complex data sets to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaigns in real time
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
5. Experience in campaign planning, reporting, and budget optimisation
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Creative thinking and a passion for brand storytelling with expertise in storytelling that conveys empathy, dignity, and hope to connect with grieving families and communities
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
