Your Role:
1. Engage regularly with dental laboratory clients to provide expert consultation and promote our premium dental products.
2. Energetically build and maintain new, lasting relationships with clients.
3. Enhance and expand service-oriented relationships with our existing client base.
4. Manage travel within your designated region for both day trips and occasional extended tours to offer direct support to clients.
5. Independently plan and execute your sales activities and client engagements.
6. Conduct compelling live demonstrations and organise in-house courses to demonstrate the benefits and applications of our diverse product portfolio.
7. Support the regional dental trade and maintain engagement with key industry opinion leaders.
8. Drive market penetration with strategic regional analysis and targeted customer engagement.
9. Represent our brand and products at national and international dental fairs and congresses.
10. Organise and lead customer training sessions with external lecturers within your area.
Your Background:
1. Experience in dental technology, business administration, or a commercial background, especially within the dental or medical field.
2. An outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a readiness to travel.
3. Driven by results and oriented toward achieving sales goals.
4. Capable of working independently with high self-motivation and flexibility.
5. Basic proficiency in English.
