ANDRITZ is seeking a dynamic Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to support our entry into the P2X market. In this role, you will take care of essential engineering tasks for our green hydrogen and renewable fuel solutions.

In your role, you will:
* Take responsibility for coordinating all engineering tasks within P2X projects.
* Manage the engineering processes over the total project lifetime.
* Schedule the engineering tasks/resources and align with the overall project plan.
* Clarify, discuss, and present the technical solution to the customer.
* Be the first contact for the customer and suppliers regarding technical design topics.
* Align required or requested modifications with the internal product design experts.
* Perform engineering tasks according to your background.
In your personal skill set, you have:
* A degree level qualification in a chemical, process, mechanical, or electrical engineering discipline.
* A minimum of five years of experience as a lead engineer and/or project engineering manager; experience as a project manager is a plus.
* Proven experience in projects where piping or power electric engineering plays a relevant role; experience in the chemical or process industry is an advantage.
* General experience in leading teams is a must.
* Ability to consult with customers and notified bodies about technical design requirements.
* Ability to explain design solutions in an engaging manner.
* Experience performing acceptance tests and supervising the installation and commissioning during start-up.
* Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills.
* Solution/team/customer-oriented with the confidence to act proactively.
* Fluency in English; another European language is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel for at least 5 days per month.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of €4,066.84 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-based salary.
