1. If you are passionate about creating the future of sustainable mobility and broadening your horizon internationally then the programme is right for you.
2. You will be part of a diverse team and be accompanied by an experienced mentor, that will help you to open doors, so that you can grow professionally and personally.
3. During four placements (two of which abroad) that are individually tailored to your profile, you will establish an international network and get in-depth insights into projects, strategies and culture.

6. After the 18-month programme, you will take on a permanent role within the BMW Group and bring in your strengths and unique profile to make an impact.
What topics can you expect?
7. As part of our highly qualified and appreciative team, you will dive into one specific area within the field of control/process technology and the IT world in production. Together with you and depending on your interest and skills, we will select the field of work which suits you best – from technology in assembly, machining up to e-mobility.
8. Taking responsibility as of day one, you will be dealing with a wide range of tasks around innovative technologies shaping the future of sustainable mobility with your team.
9. This means, you are involved in Implementation and creation of strategies and methods for control technics and processes – from concept, simulation, up to testing and validation to rollout in production.
10. You will work with various internal departments and locations in different countries.
What is your professional background?
11. An above-average degree in Control or Automation Technology, Electrical or Software Engineering, Mechatronics or similar diciplines.
12. Six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the fields of work above.
13. A maximum of two to three years professional working experience.
14. At least four months of studying, working or travelling abroad .

15. You are fluent in German and English .
16. You approach demanding projects and cross-functional collaboration with passion .
17. You take on responsibility with motivation and drive.
18. You are open to other people, different cultural backgrounds and new perspectives.
19. You master your everyday work with creative solutions and “out of the box” thinking .

Please note: We assess all qualifications in total and rate them against one another. Thus, if you for example have less experience abroad but therefore more practical experience, we would still be happy to receive your application.
