Job Description
As a Sr. Video Sales Specialist, you will work closely with account and GTM teams to develop strategies and solutions that drive the adoption of Amazon's STV offering with advertisers.
This role will lead conversations focused on Twitch while speaking holistically to Amazon's video solutions for advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Customer Service: Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
* Scaling Video GTM Strategies: Scale video GTM strategies across our sales team.
* Bespoke Industry Strategies: Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within verticals.
* Service and Operations Team Engagement: Engage with the service and operations team as it pertains to new and emerging products.
* Narrative Development: Partner with Sales and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads' unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.
* External Representation: Represent Amazon Ads externally at industry and client events.
A Day in the Life
You will be naturally curious and apply your creativity and curiosity by strategizing video solutions for our advertisers, diving deep within the advertising community to discuss Amazon's benefits, and working both with internal and external stakeholders to innovate solutions that meet the objectives of our advertising customers.
This role will define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions.
You will join an elite sales organization and have direct access to multiple leadership teams.
About The Team
Video Specialists are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers.
Basic Qualifications
* B2B Sales Experience: 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
* Digital Advertising Experience: 7+ years of digital advertising experience.
* Advanced TV/STV Advertising Experience: 3+ years of advanced TV/STV advertising experience.
* Video Formats: Experience selling various video formats (MS, SS, Sponsorships, Sports).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively works cross-functionally (AE, Sales Leadership, Yield, Product, Measurement).
* Education: Bachelor's Degree.
* GTM Strategy Deployment: Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning, and messaging.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including the ability to present complex topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writing.
Preferred Qualifications
* Video Upfront Negotiation: Experience negotiating Video Upfronts at agency and Brand level.
* STV/TV Measurement: STV/TV measurement proficiency.
* Product and Sales Strategy: Experience building and executing product and sales strategies across teams.
* New Product Launch: Experience launching a nascent product or service.
* Autonomy and Priority Definition: Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity.
