This position reports to:
HR Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
1. Development, participation, and implementation for strategic direction for HR Operational Services and member of the corresponding global management team.
2. Technical and disciplinary management of the front office team.
3. Acting as a subject matter expert in the team and working on complex problems on a daily basis.
4. Employee Life Cycle Management, Compensation & Performance, Payroll, Working Time, and Absences Management.
5. Working with customers and stakeholders to improve cooperation and performance.
6. Ensure good working relationships within the team and with external customers by evaluating customer/employee satisfaction.
7. Ensuring the highest quality standards.
8. Compliance with service level agreements in the provision of services.
9. Compliance with legal and data protection regulations for the respective HR processes and document templates.
Qualifications for the role:
* Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, FH/Uni) ideally with a focus on human resources.
* Management experience an advantage.
* Knowledge of Austrian labor law (including social security, wage tax, working time, and rest laws) required.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Willingness to travel (10%).
* Structured and organized way of working with a high affinity for digitalization and process optimization.
* Proactive team player with strong argumentation and persuasion skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in cross-functional teams.
