This role combines program management, project execution, and executive communications to oversee the Finance Transformation Portfolio.The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach and a hands-on attitude, balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to project details.Your Responsibilities:Support the VP Finance in operational tasks, collaborating with various Functional Departments such as Magna IT, HR, Finance, and Magna Groups and Divisions.Prepare management presentations in English, tailored for executive audiences.Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless program execution.Foster a positive change environment by engaging stakeholders at all levels.RequirementsUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance functions of large corporates or relevant experience in the consulting sector.Solid understanding of project management approaches, with experience working on cross-functional projects.What We OfferAt Magna, you can expect an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to developing industry-leading automotive technologies.
