Together with our sister business unit Stohl Racing, we have been active in numerous world top-level racing activities for over 20 years, with both works and customer racing programs using in-house developed vehicles and works customer vehicles.
Thanks to STARD's extensive activity in electric vehicle development, a number of special events all over the world are also part of our operations.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Racing Team Coordinator to support our existing coordination team with the increasing amount of activities in planning and event coordination for various racing and testing activities of STARD and Stohl Racing.
Depending on the project team size, there can be up to 40 personnel on-site.
Responsibilities include:
* Event planning in cooperation with technical and commercial directors
* Team planning and preparation for racing and testing events
* Team logistics management
* High amount of international travel across all continents
* Generate event process documentation and manuals (team information booklet, movements schedule)
* Communication with organizers, partners, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after events
* On-site team coordination during events
* Optimization of existing processes and implementation of new guidelines for improved event processes
* Post-event reporting and debriefing
* Support project-related activities such as purchasing, vehicle fleet management, spare parts, and technical processes between events
Profile
* Relevant experience in motorsport team coordination
* Experience coordinating teams of up to 40 people at events
* Accurate and professional working style
* Above-average commitment, as is typical in competitive motorsport
* High flexibility and willingness to travel
* Excellent MS Office knowledge
* Perfect English skills (verbal & written)
* Additional languages are beneficial
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and social skills
* Target-oriented approach and ability to work independently

* Long-term full-time employment based in Vienna, Austria
* Initial temporary “Fly-in” option (Company-owned modern apartments available at head office location) possible
