My client’s exclusive, appointment-only jewellery showroom in Vienna is seeking a Sales Associate to take the reins of our beautifully designed space. This role is much more than assisting - it’s about running the showroom with confidence, flair, and initiative.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Fluency in German and English: You must speak fluent German and have strong communication skills in English.
2. Profound Experience in High-End Retail: Ideally, you’ve worked in luxury jewellery or similar high-end sectors.
3. Enthusiasm for Fine Jewellery: You have a genuine appreciation for high-quality craftsmanship and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Professional Demeanor: Your polished presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills make you an excellent representative of our brand.
5. Self-Starter: You thrive in an independent environment and are proactive in achieving results.
6. Multi-Tasker: Juggling live chat inquiries, telesales follow-ups, and showroom management is your forte.
7. Highly Organised: You excel at time management and keeping operations seamless.
8. IT Literate: You’re comfortable navigating digital tools to manage leads, appointments, and communications.
What You’ll Do:
1. Manage the Showroom: Serve as the face of our Vienna showroom, handling all appointments and ensuring a luxurious client experience.
2. Engage with Clients: Answer live chat inquiries, follow up on telesales leads, and provide personalised assistance to every client.
3. Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service with a strong awareness of client needs and expectations.
4. Flexible Diary Management: Plan your own workweek, with Sundays off and an additional day of your choice. Option to work from home for administrative tasks.
