As a Process Engineer at EVG, you are responsible for the development of processes for our high-end equipment that is used in the microsystems and semiconductor industry to make the world of tomorrow happen. The position requires on-point quality management, as well as close collaboration and the presentation of results to our international customers.
Responsibilities:
* Process development for our equipment in the fields of Lithography (coating, exposure, and development), Wafer Bonding, and/or similar processes.
* Handling of specific customer process requirements under cleanroom conditions whilst ensuring active knowledge transfer with colleagues.
* Process testing and quality control (including proper documentation).
* Demonstrating our equipment and processes to our customers in our state-of-the-art ISO 5 cleanroom area.
* On-site support and advisory of our international customers regarding their processes on EVG equipment (<30% of the time).
Requirements:
* A technical college degree or master’s degree and/or substantial knowledge in chemistry, materials, or similar.
* Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented working method.
* Enthusiastic and determined with a professional appearance.
* Team orientation with interdepartmental thinking as well as taking pleasure in an international working environment.
* Willingness to travel (<30%) worldwide.
* Solid English and MS Office skills.

The gross salary for this position is at least EUR 44,800 per year (excluding overtime payment and benefits). Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
