Your main roles and responsibilities
* Ensure an efficient development process and support our development teams in the role of an Agile Quality Manager
* Design and improve our working and development methods
* Support the resolution of conflicts and impediments
* Organise and moderate Scrum events
* Work together closely with our Product Owner
You are just right for this role if
* you have completed training as a Scrum Master or already have experience in this role
* you have good organisational skills and enjoy communicating and facilitating
* you are a team player and have good people skills
* you have completed a technical education in the field of computer science or have worked in agile software development teams
* you find it easy to communicate in German and English (C1 level)
