YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner with the hiring managers to plan and define search strategies for roles in different areas of responsibility and seniority
2. Publish attractive and professional job postings
3. Fill (senior-level management, expert) positions for all businesses and functions
4. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
5. Close cooperation with our Recruiters from GBS Bulgaria to source candidates
6. Implement internal candidate pools, support organizing internal “career lounges” to promote internal job offers and career options
7. Execute the global standard recruiting process supported by SuccessFactors, including training of all respective parties
8. Build a recruiting strategy for an intern and new graduate program
9. Implement recruitment / employer branding campaigns offline (events, offline advertisements and social media postings) in close alignment with marketing
10. Participate at internal events, college career days, job fairs and special events at colleges and universities
11. Report and follow up of Recruiting and HR KPIs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
12. Bachelor degree in human resources or similar
13. 3-5 years experience in HR or recruitment
14. Excellent English and German skills, further languages are an asset
15. Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders across and outside the company
16. Excellent communication and advertising abilities in specific with social media
17. Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills
18. Structured thinking, ability to create new concepts / strategies and highly efficient in organizing him/herself
19. International mindset & intercultural skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
