We have recently launched our 2025-2035 strategy, Research Reimagined, focused on building the capability of the Institute and our many teams to achieve our Vision of Happy Healthy Kids.We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as our Manager, Organisation Capability!In partnership with the Chief People Officer, we are looking for you to step up and lead the thinking delivery and execution of strategies to elevate The Kids capability, leadership and culture.What are you responsible for:Work alongside our Chief People Officer to lead the design and execution of organisational capability and learning initiatives, strategies and frameworks, that drive change.Develop talent processes, tools, and programs designed to strengthen leadership capabilities.Build coaching and mentoring capability within the Institute, to support our teams in delivering their work.Lead Early to Mid-Career Research (EMCR) initiatives, including networking, career planning, professional development, and coaching/mentoring efforts developing our researchers for the future.About YouYou are already a leader, with strong experience in Change Management, Organisation Development and Learning. You know what it takes to deliver meaningful change in a practical and impactful way. You understand how to take teams with you on the journey and ensure they embrace the change. You are passionate about building our leaders for now and the future and you don’t shy away from a challenge.If you believe this is your next career step, you should possess the following:Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, Human Resource management or closely related discipline.At least 7-9 years of relevant work experience or equivalent in strategy, organisational development, design, innovation and/or change management.Experience with design and innovation, strategy development and planning.Systems thinking mindset with the ability to see the linkages among different parts of the organisation, understand the big picture, and see the types of changes required and influencing strategies to do so.Excellent collaborator, negotiator and all-round team player.We are driving inclusion and diversity as part of the way we work and embrace the diverse career and life experiences of our staff.
