This senior sales role reports to the Sales Director and focuses on building partnerships and direct relationships to generate new customer leads.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating successful client and partner relationships relevant to KUGA ENERGY services.
The role is based at the Keysborough office but requires regular site visits and occasional interstate travel.
Experience in commercial BESS and commercial solar is preferred, though candidates from related industries like EV charging or renewable energy will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build Relationships & Partnerships: Develop new partnerships to generate commercial solar leads.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly profit targets.
* Manage Leads: Efficiently handle and convert incoming leads. Use CRM to track and follow up on opportunities.
* Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth handovers and foster long-term customer relationships.
Partnership Development:
* Expand Network: Grow and strengthen KUGA ENERGY partner network.
* Engage Partners: Work creatively to connect with qualified solar industry partners.
* Engage Direct Opportunities: Reach out and build a pipeline of direct clients.
* Collaborate with Sales Director: Support the Sales Director in formalizing partnerships and tracking performance.
Skills and Requirements:
* Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue additional sales from initial leads.
* Proposal Creation: Quickly prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams.
* Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical installations and design.
* Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales on a weekly basis.
* CRM and Compliance: Follow company procedures and use CRM effectively.
* Project Management: Oversee the sales lifecycle and ensure successful project delivery.
