Assistant Legal Project & Contract Mgmt. (f/m/d)
Your main tasks in this role are:
* As a Legal Project & Contract Management Assistant, you perform administrative and project-related tasks.
* You communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including communication with suppliers, Group Legal department, Buying Teams, legal advisors, and other departments.
* In this role, you coordinate and actively take part in the negotiation of legal contracts and legal projects.
* You organise and drive projects forward; you are responsible for the creation of concepts and development of solutions for the handling of different projects.
* You independently maintain databases and collect and analyse data.
* Preparing presentation documents is essential in the role.
* You conduct general research and administrative tasks, such as ensuring complete project documentation and scheduling meetings.
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
* As a Legal Project & Contract Management Assistant, you have completed or are actively pursuing law or business-oriented studies.
* Ideally, you possess initial work experience in the field of law and/or Project Management.
* You bring your experience with handling a PC (especially MS-Office tools) with you.
* You have excellent English skills.
* Your reliable, structured, and independent way of working are your strong points.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking, describe you.
* You communicate confidently with people of diverse professional and personal backgrounds.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 43.000*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications.
