We're seeking a HR Business Partner – Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation (EU) who will serve as a subject matter expert on human resources operations, including talent, employee relations, communications, retention, development, engagement, and business leadership support.
This position reports to the Global HR Director, Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation, and will be an on-site role at our site in Puch, Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic partner to the business and change agent, aligning people practices with overall business objectives.
* Define & own HR strategy & action plan, supporting Sales & Service leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, talent optimization, and staffing plans linked with our Talent Acquisition team.
* Provide day-to-day HR guidance to Leadership throughout Europe, in areas such as talent acquisition, leadership coaching, employee counselling, performance management, career development, change management, compensation, and HR policy guidance.
* Proactively partner across the global HR organization, sharing information, and providing thought leadership to optimize business value of the HR function.
* Partner with Global HR Centers Of Excellence (COE) on HR initiatives execution.
* In collaboration with the Talent Management COE, drive solutions in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
* Coach managers in client groups to ensure robust succession plans, strong development plans, and proactive performance management.
* Ensure good interaction with works councils and employee representations.
Requirements:
* Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent, with min 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner/Manager in Austria & multi-countries.
* Broad understanding of technical and functional components of human resources.
* Experience supporting leaders in multiple countries with previous exposure and knowledge of labor laws.
* Managing change/project initiatives, including change management experience in a multi-cultural environment.
* Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* German and English language proficiency is a must, additional languages are welcome.
