ANDRITZ Pumps is the leading supplier of reactor cooling pumps with a strong presence in Pressurized Water Reactors, Boiling Water Reactors, and CANDU Reactors. In our Graz facility, we manufacture and develop under various important certificates, including ASME, ISO, HAF, IAEA, KTA, and AVS certificates.
In connection with the expected retirement of a senior leader and the expansion of the Nuclear business beyond reactor cooling pumps, we seek an Industry Director Nuclear Energy.
Your Responsibilities
Industry Directors oversee our business in their Industry across all regional markets and all products of the ANDRITZ Pump Division. The Industry Management organization drives market strategy, initiates R&D projects for new or improved products, and supports the global sales organization with:
1. Marketing materials
2. Training
3. Joint customer visits
4. Key account management
Your Profile
A good understanding of the following is essential:
1. Nuclear power plant processes and the involved pumps.
2. Strong knowledge about existing and planned nuclear power plants, players, and regulations globally.
3. Global personal network and ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4. Interest in upcoming trends like small modular reactors (SMR), new reactor development, and others.
5. Experience in leading demanding teams of highly professional colleagues.

We are legally obliged to announce a minimum gross monthly salary of € 43,441 in Austria for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a market-based salary.
