* Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service
* Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Job Responsibilities
* Personal administration (Create new employees SF, ADP, A1 Meldungen)
* Contact person for all matters around payroll
* Monthly billing/control of the payroll
* Management of all time recording
* Contracts drafting, implementation of the collective agreement
* Reporting
* Maintenance and further development of HRIS
* Contributing to and actively participating in HR projects of the LE Group
Job Requirements
* Higher commercial school
* Payroll clerk training
* Knowledge of payroll
* Advanced English skills
* Advanced leading / managing skills
* Advanced computer skills
