Our Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace
VenuesWest recognises the benefits of a diverse workforce and is committed to providing an inclusive workplace, where all employees feel welcome, accepted and safe to be their true self, and who are celebrated for their contribution and abilities.
We value the unique perspectives and skills that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, culturally and linguistically diverse people, people of diverse genders and sexualities, and women in management bring to the workplace and community and want to support equality for these groups. We aim to achieve this through increasing workforce representation. People from these backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply and identify themselves through the application questions. Sections of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA) for measures to achieve equality will apply to this process.
