Business Development Manager/Sales Manager– Construction & Building Industry

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy for our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated leader to manage our sales and estimation teams and help us take the company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage: Oversee and regulate the estimation team, ensuring accurate and timely responses to tenders in line with our company's core services.
* Tender & Bid Management: Expertise in managing both local and government tenders across civil, construction, and remedial works sectors, ensuring the company remains competitive and winning bids.
* Facility Management Contracts: Take charge of securing and managing facility management contracts, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales and estimation teams to consistently achieve their targets and drive performance.
* Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that fuel company growth and success.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in both private and government sectors.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* 5+ Years of Sales Experience in the construction and building industry, specifically with exposure to civil, remedial, and infrastructure services.
* Tender Expertise: Proven track record managing local and government tenders successfully, with a focus on delivering high-quality bids.
* Facility Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in securing and managing facility management contracts.
* Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead, mentor, and drive high-performing teams.
* Sales Success: Solid background in sales with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, surpass sales targets, and contribute to long-term business success.
* Results-Oriented: Ability to consistently deliver results in a highly competitive market, contributing to the company’s continued success and market expansion.
* Strategic mindset with a practical, results-driven approach.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and key external clients.

What We Offer:
* Competitive Salary Package: $120,000 to $150,000 salary package per annum (depending on experience).
