#Profile
* After an intensive training phase, you will gain a deep understanding of our services and products, including those offered by our netcup brand.
* You will be the first point of contact for IT questions and problems from our customers.
* Your primary responsibility will be to provide netcup customer support and product consulting, focusing on problem-solving rather than sales.
* You will handle all inquiries related to netcup support, both phone and written via ticket system.
* During the initial 1-month full-time training phase, you will have flexibility in your schedule. After this period, part-time work arrangements may be possible.
#Requirements
* Completed training (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, etc.) or relevant professional experience in support.
* Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, and SSH.
* Ability to work independently and autonomously, making informed decisions when necessary.
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service orientation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a high level of commitment and teamwork spirit.
* Interest in ongoing professional development and willingness to undergo further training.
* Professional expression and excellent proficiency in German, with good knowledge of English; additional foreign languages are considered an asset.
