This newly broadened senior leadership role will be pivotal in guiding the core functions of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our team to deliver exceptional advice experiences to clients.

The Role
As Advice and Operations Manager, you’ll lead the Client Service and Advice Production Teams, owning the end-to-end advice process and driving performance, consistency, and client service standards. You’ll oversee day-to-day advice operations, including AFSL compliance and quality assurance, and champion a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will:
1. Provide direct leadership to client service and advice production teams
2. Ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent advice delivery processes
3. Oversee the implementation of advice in partnership with Private Wealth Advisers
4. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and client experience
5. Contribute to strategic planning and business improvement initiatives
6. Uphold our commitment to high-touch, personalised client service
About You
You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You love solving problems, leading people, and improving systems. You bring a strong understanding of the financial advice landscape, paired with the emotional intelligence to lead people and the operational acumen to keep things moving smoothly. You are:
1. Client- and team-focused, with a strong sense of accountability
2. Passionate about high-quality financial advice and outcomes
3. Excited by challenge and change
4. Strategic, but also willing to get into the detail when needed
5. Collaborative, with a calm and positive leadership style
Key Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum 5 years in the financial advice industry, with team management experience
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
3. Proven experience improving operational processes and client outcomes
4. Understanding of AFSL compliance and regulatory requirements
5. Ideally, degree-qualified in Finance, Business, or a related field
6. RG146 compliant and meeting the training standards for financial product advisers
