Their primary expertise lies in inspecting and testing crucial nuclear power plant components with systems entirely developed in-house.
In this role, you will work with the world's leading NDT experts, driving global sales growth for a high-tech company known for its cutting-edge NDT robotic systems. Based in Zagreb, you'll mentor sales teams and shape the company's commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop annual sales plans and implement strategic business plans to reach sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s network
Promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives, assessing costs, competition, and supply-demand to identify selling prices
Maintain and cultivate good and lasting business relationships with clients to grow customer loyalty
Estimate the needs of existing and new clients, working closely with them to understand their business requirements and goals
Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance customer service and client satisfaction
Oversee contracting operations related to the sales department, while constantly tracking industry developments and innovations
Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead in the industry
Job Requirements: Must be able to develop strong relationships with customers and effectively close sales
Solid expertise in sales development within the non-destructive testing (NDT) industry
Demonstrated experience with a good combination of engineering, sales, and people management; capable of independently managing the complete sales process, negotiating effectively, and proactively solving problems
Over 10 years of experience in a similar role as Sales Director, with P&L responsibility and a strong customer focus at an executive level in an international environment
Fluent in speaking and writing English; additional language skills are a plus
University degree in an engineering or technical field; an MBA is an advantage
Proven ability to deliver sales results and secure significant outcomes
Experience with commercial contracting and navigating complex sales processes
Expertise in managing diverse sales teams, including the ability to lead a remote team based in the Abu Dhabi office
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a willingness to travel (up to 30%)
