We are looking for a solution-oriented 2nd Level System Engineer for Access Management in the field of Sports & Entertainment. What You’ll Do Technical Support: Provide expert support for development teams, subsidiaries, and partners worldwide, ensuring seamless access management solutions. Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve technical challenges to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of customer installations. Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge by conducting technical training sessions (online and face-to-face) and maintaining our knowledge database. Global Collaboration: Work closely with our 27 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partners, helping uphold internal standards and processes (e.g., problem-solving, operational level agreements, on-call duties). System Optimization: Leverage your technical expertise to support both standard and customer-specific solutions, mainly through remote support. Your profileA completed technical education, such as an apprenticeship, HTL, or FH, providing a solid foundation in system engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role. Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, SQL Server databases, and networking. Experience with cloud services and a strong interest in hardware components (e.g., boards, firmware). Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and have a deep understanding of system architecture. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about sharing knowledge and learning from others. You are willing to travel up to 10% of the time to support projects and client needs. Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of system engineering.
