As our Executive Chef you will lead our kitchen team and work closely with F&B Management in order to provide our guests with a culinary experience of the highest caliber with the entire kitchen brigade.
Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Independent management and leadership of the entire kitchen team, as well as responsibility for smooth service operations
2. Quality assurance and control, guidance, and training of all employees, apprentices and trainees
3. Organization of purchasing and inventory management
4. Creation of menus and promotions for all outlets
5. Organization and implementation of all hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
6. Optimization of kitchen department productivity
7. Shift scheduling and vacation
8. Performing and overseeing employee trainings regarding quality and safety standards, as well as staff development

9. Professional experience in leading a kitchen team in luxury hotels or fine-dining gastronomy
10. Technical and leadership skills

The monthly salary is according to the Austrian collective contract (category 1 of hospitality and gastronomy) – with a willingness to overpay concerning experience and qualifications.
