Work closely with the Senior Category Manager to drive profitability and distinctiveness in the category, continuously exploring new opportunities for product development.Supplier Relationship Management:Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, focusing on mutual profitability and collaboration. Emphasize working with small and regional producers to bring unique, high-quality products to our customers, ensuring they are delivered fresh and fast.Pricing Strategy and Inventory Efficiency:Develop competitive pricing strategies that reflect market conditions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
