Additional information:
* This role is Temporary Full-time, 76 hrs/fortnight for 12 months with an aim to secure the Business Navigation & Operations Manager role permanently.
* The internal job title for this role is Deputy Business Navigation & Operations Manager.

* As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

About this work area:
As Business Navigation & Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead the financial business planning process for the store, ensuring that financial dimensions are aligned with the store priorities while creating commitment amongst stakeholders when setting goals.
* Contribute and play an active role as a key part of the Unit Management team.
* Secure full understanding of the market profit and loss, seeking out opportunities to grow the business while adopting a cost-conscious approach to decision making.
* Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, ensuring competence in the organization to allow analysis and understanding of business performance to make optimal business decisions.
* Secure succession through talent identification as well as developing and empowering leaders and teams through sharing your knowledge of the business.
* Lead the Business Risk and Compliance team to create a safety culture that puts visitors, customers, and co-workers’ wellbeing first.
* Lead the Product Quality and Recovery team to optimize profitability.

* Able to build robust relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions to positively contribute to the business plan, commercial direction, and customer experience.
* Good communication skills with the ability to influence and create energy and commitment within the organization.
* Someone with a strong sense of urgency and result orientation.
* Able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and maturity.
* Interested in home furnishing and understanding of IKEA values and what it means for people’s everyday life at home.
* Someone with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
