Job Description:
We are seeking a drivenSales Representativewho thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You will play a key role in driving growth across our key markets. If you’re proactive, ready to reach out to clients through calls, emails, and visits, and relentless in closing deals, this is the role for you.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, embraces the challenge of identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and is persistent in achieving goals. You will expand our client base by promoting and selling our airbag and park solutions to B2B clients in Europe and beyond. Visiting tradeshows, traveling, and meeting clients on-site are also essential parts of this role, requiring both independence and collaborative engagement with our team.
Compensation:
We offer amotivating on-target salary based on experience and a dynamic incentive programdesigned to reward high achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Present, promote, and sell airbag solutions to existing and potential B2B clients.Identify and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in our key markets.
* Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer information, track sales activities, and analyze performance data.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, new markets, and customer needs.
* Negotiate contracts, close sales agreements, and oversee the handover of projects to the production team.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing department to increase brand visibility.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and competitions to network and promote our solutions.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a related industry (outdoor or indoor leisure, attractions, sports).
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
* Ability to build and sustain meaningful business relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). Additional languages such as German are a bonus but not required.
* Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
* Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend key industry events.
