Your Responsibilities
Our clients aim to lead their industries or significantly increase their market share through technical innovation and digital excellence. They expect a high level of service and expertise in digital product development, engineering, and UX/UI design. As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, your mission is to build strong client relationships, turn leads into exciting projects, and transform clients into long-term fans of Ascent.
* You put our clients at the center and, with your service-oriented mindset, translate their needs into Ascent's service offerings.
* You adopt a consultative approach, collaborating with our experts to propose tailored solutions for client challenges.
* You identify and coordinate new lead generation channels (e.g., new clusters) and oversee their implementation.
* You generate and qualify leads at events and through networking activities within your focus industries.
* You represent Ascent to potential new clients, delivering presentations and leading workshops during business development.
* You coordinate and lead deal teams during bidding processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
* You handle contracting (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and offers) and pricing in consultation with your team.
* You negotiate prices and close contracts (Always Be Closing).
* You act as a strategic account manager and the internal advocate for your clients with the Ascent management team.
* Minimum monthly gross salary: € 3.800 (14 times per year, based on 38,5h/week, all in contract). However, we always ensure to offer a competitive salary adjusted to your qualifications and experience.
Your Profile
* A passion for the digital industry, particularly software development, design, and product development, with the ability to evaluate tech trends from a business perspective.
* Your open, communicative personality makes it easy for you to connect with decision-makers and generate leads.
* You enjoy creating innovative strategies for your accounts that deliver real value to clients.
* Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations for pitches and client meetings using appropriate tools.
* Confidence in tackling challenging client discussions (budgets, rates, project risks, etc.).
* The drive to shape, plan, and win exciting client projects—hitting "WON" motivates you.
* Strong German and English skills.
* Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in project management or consulting.
* Familiarity with public sector tenders.
* Interest or experience in Data Science/AI projects.
