Requirements
* Create, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple clients to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
* Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
* Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve website performance.
* Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
* Create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and keyword-rich content.
* Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
* Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and make data-driven decisions to improve rankings.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on SEO performance data.
* Keep pace with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing management, preferably within a digital agency.
* Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
* Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Fluent German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
