Operations Manager/ Scheduler/ Team Leader
Well established small plumbing business looking for an experienced operations manager/scheduler/plumber team leader to run a team of plumbers including the following:
* Entering in a high volume of work orders (Aroflo job management system)
* Booking in and scheduling the work orders
* Liaising with customers/clients
* Management of office duties and delegating tasks
* High volume of phone calls/emails
* Onsite quoting of domestic plumbing jobs
* Responsibility for running and managing a team of plumbers and apprentices
* Share of allocating emergency call outs to plumbers (weekend phone)
* On tools when needed
* Other responsibilities when required
* Must have great knowledge in current plumbing and gas fitting regulations
* Must have a great work ethic, this is a busy company specializing in real estate property maintenance sector
* Monday to Friday (Weekend work when rostered on/cover annual leave)

This is a full-time role, alongside the admin team/general manager.
