The successful candidate will possess the following key responsibilities:
* Establish product awareness and usage within target accounts
* Develop account business plans tailored to specific needs
* Contribute to commercial strategy development and tactical implementation
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries
* Stay up-to-date with local healthcare economy guidelines
* Represent Santen at national and international conferences
* Maintain ongoing education and product knowledge to ensure best practices
* Utilize sales tools (e.g., CRM, sales dashboards, SESM) to optimize territory performance
* Adhere to local country code of practice and company policies
In addition to the above, the Key Account Manager may also be responsible for:
* Supporting QA processes for pharmaceutical wholesalers in Austria upon request
* Carrying out internal audits of Santen GmbH's QA as a certified auditor, commissioned by Santen GmbH
