Your Key Responsibilities:
* Establish a best-in-class digital environment that focuses on sales performance and optimizes the value chain from customer experience to order management, shipment, and cashing.
* Driving the use of data analytics to gain commercial insights that enable informed business decisions. This involves developing and implementing data analytics, processes, tools, and platforms to enable data-driven insights.
* Supporting B2B associates with best-in-class technology to maximize customer experience, simplify supply chain & sales processes, and enable total control of data in an environment of full compliance.
* Drive full implementation of Salesforce (CRM module) and continuous improvement of systems and tools (including SAP ERP and SAP BI/BW) to ensure that the performance of the Sales Teams (incl. Sales operations) can be maximized while at the same time ensuring compliance to defined processes.
* Improve the digital customer journey through the creation of a customer portal (customer cloud) and by ensuring the CRM system is effectively used by the stakeholders.
* Improve Dashboard functionalities (e.g. write-back, automatically export to .pdf, .ppt, …).
* Explore alternatives and opportunities for artificial intelligence implementation in B2B (ie machine learning) for predictive analytics.
* Improve Dashboard landscape with focus on Sales Performance and Profitability.
* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, privacy, and security.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven analytics to support sales strategies.
* Monitor new digital developments on the market, identify and evaluate emerging data and analytics technologies to ensure the organization remains ahead of industry trends and technological advances.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, software development/digital, or in business excellence.
* Experience in ERPs including Salesforce, SAP, Qliksense, Qlikview amongst others (including programming previous exposure).
* Strong interest in controlling, finance, data and enthusiasm for both working with digital tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities.
* Ideally experience or a keen interest in Business Intelligence Dashboards.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
* Outstanding set of values with a great attitude to learning, excellent work ethics and eagerness to grow.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
* Understand business processes and passion on improving efficiency of processes.
* Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (German language skills are a plus).

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 77.543,90/year (on a full-time basis).
The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
