As our Product Engagement Manager, you play a crucial role in our product-led growth strategy by immediately demonstrating tangible value to potential customers during their early (demo) phase of using our product.

Your future Role
* You are responsible for analyzing user behavior during the early demo phase of our software and understanding their needs to tailor the product accordingly.
* Ensure all engagement investigations generate immediate value for their users.
* Identify optimization opportunities to develop and implement data-driven strategies with cross-functional teams to improve user activation, retention, and expansion.
* Transfer all identified development opportunities to immediate solution oriented improvements in the product with full support of our team of software developers, and marketing/UI/UX experts.
* Leverage data analytics and user behavior insights to identify opportunities for improving user engagement metrics and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
* Your adjustments to specific tools in our product are driven by a culture of experimentation and data-based decision-making and building hypotheses based on findings.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
* Our Product Engagement Manager will report directly to the CEO, as this is a key position for driving product-led growth.
Your Skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development, Marketing, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, user engagement, or related roles in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
* Desired, but not a requirement (as it can be learned on the job), is experience with product-led growth strategies.
* Strong analytical and research (quantitative and qualitative) skills, including proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
* You are deeply passionate about technology, curious about users and their behavior, and have strong UX sensibilities.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse and lateral teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

For this role, we provide a minimum gross annual salary of €52,136 (ST1 Regelstufe) in accordance with our IT collective agreement. This applies to a full-time position of 38.5 hours per week.
Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
