Job Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Manage a complex & demanding schedule (different time zones) and coordinating meetings.
2. Travel Management: Manage travel arrangements and travel expenses.
3. Correspondence: Draft/proofread a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Project Management: Assist with special projects, as assigned, and provide administrative support for various initiatives.
5. Relationship Management: Build & maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
6. Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
7. Leading the Assistance pool & Office Management team: Development talks with Assistants and Office Manager.
8. Preparing ExCom and Supervisor Board Meetings: Collecting topics/distributing agenda & presentations via Brainloop Service.
Requirements:
Professional Experience:
1. Completed Higher Education in Business Administration, International Economics, or relevant studies.
2. Very good organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and advisory skills as well as stakeholder management skills (C-Level).
4. Fluency in Business English (written & verbal).
5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple (ad hoc) tasks at the same time.
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company.
7. Experience in working with C-Level positions.
8. Experience in dealing with confidential information (personal & business).

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement amounts to € 54.727,68 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
