Hardware Quality Assurance, full or part-time (f/m/x)

What's it all about?
1. You are responsible for the preparation, handling and coordination of hardware quality meetings: you analyse data, interpret the results and work continuously on improvements
2. You coordinate customer complaints using complaint management tools relating to product and process quality issues with a mechanical or electronic background
3. You drive quality issues in an international environment and form the active link to relevant interfaces
4. You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and product quality
5. You support, monitor and drive the further development of our Operations Quality Assurance System
What are we looking for?
6. You have an education in the field of electronics, mechatronics or similar
7. You have initial professional experience in quality management or are willing to continue your training in this field
8. You have extensive knowledge in the evaluation, interpretation and presentation of data; you are confident in using Microsoft Office programmes, Power BI knowledge is an advantage
9. You are characterised by strong communication and coordination skills
10. You like to work independently and in a structured manner and use your systematic thinking and problem-solving skills in a targeted manner
11. You have a good command of German and English
