About the Role:
You'll be joining a recently created Product Management team to strategically manage Seeley International's residential product portfolio, encompassing Fixed Evaporative Air Conditioning (FEAC), Ducted Gas Heating (DGH), and Controllers, by overseeing the entire product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
This involves maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape through market research, optimising user experience, mapping customer journeys, and leading successful product launches. The role also includes equipping stakeholders with product knowledge through training programs and strengthening market positioning to reinforce Seeley International's leadership in the residential heating and cooling sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Product Portfolio Mastery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our residential product range, from conception and development to market launch and end-of-life strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
* Competitive Intelligence Guru: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to maintain a "live" understanding of the landscape, driving informed decisions and maintaining our competitive edge.
* Customer Experience Champion: Drive user-centric product design and functionality improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
* Strategic Product Launches: Develop and execute impactful go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns, to achieve sales and revenue targets.
* Pricing Strategy & Ownership: Lead development and implementation of pricing strategy, including competitor benchmarking and alignment with go-to-market plans.
* Customer Journey Mapping & Optimisation: Analyse customer touchpoints, identify pain points, and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive engagement.
* Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers, equipping them with the knowledge to maximise sales and engagement.
* Monthly reports: You’ll be responsible for monthly budget reporting.
Who you are:
* Minimum 2 years of proven Product Management experience.
* A degree in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the residential HVAC industry (preferred) or similar manufactured goods sold through dealer/distributor networks.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute national marketing campaigns.
* Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and lead cross functional projects.
