Your role at Dynatrace As a Cus Recruiter, you will be a key contributor on our Talent Acquisition Team focused on sourcing and recruiting students and recent college graduates. This is a great opportunity to help evolve our cus recruiting strategy and partnerships programs, finding innovative ways to engage best in class IT talents across Austria. You will help lead the annual cus recruitment cycle building relationships with Colleges (HTL), Universities, and Diversity Partners, and designing an outstanding student experience that supports Dynatrace''s business objectives.
