About the Role
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development team across all stages of the project lifecycle. From design development to builder procurement, you will assist in coordinating consultants, managing financial records, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and keen to grow within the property development space.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
* Support the development team with feasibility research, including zoning, permits, and competitive analysis.
* Process and track invoices, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
* Help manage consultant agreements, project documentation, and reporting for key stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, external consultants, and project partners.
* Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and maintaining project registers.
About You
* Experience in luxury apartments and built form residential is essential.
* A degree in Property Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience in property development, project management, or a related industry.
* Strong understanding of town planning processes, feasibility analysis, and residential design coordination.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
