HEATING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (m/f/d)

THE ROLE
The Heating Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting residential heat pumps sales in the Central Europe region. This role involves assisting the CE affiliates to achieve both short and long term KPIs, proactive market monitoring and data-driven decision-making to develop strategic action plans. Additionally, the role requires reporting sales and market performance to our European HQ while addressing growth opportunities & pain points.

* Identifying new business opportunities: ensuring continued growth of Daikin's market share by identifying and capitalizing new business opportunities.
* Partner network development: monitoring and developing strategies to improve our partner network and loyalty.
* Sales budget management: creating and tracking the sales budget for the CE region, producing regular progress reports.
* Conducting market analysis and gathering competitor intelligence.
* Evaluating consumer market insights to develop effective B2B and B2C sales strategies.
* Overseeing product management initiatives and ensuring appropriate pricing policies across the region.
* Supporting product marketing initiatives to reach the market & improve brand awareness.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Completed Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
* More than 5 years of experience in sales or business development in HVAC or related fields.
* Proven track record in developing sales strategies and driving business growth.
* Excellent English language skills are a must have; other CE language skills are a plus.
* Experience in a multinational corporate environment is a big advantage.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret market & sales data, consumer insights and performance information.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentations and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates, partners and customers.
* Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that are aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
* Basic knowledge of heating systems, HVAC technologies and industry trends to make informed decisions and obtain valuable insights.
* Team player with a high level of self-motivation.

The salary range for this position starts at € 70k gross per year (with fixed and variable salary components). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience this amount can be exceeded.
