Your role in our team
Join our dynamic team responsible for the Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test (MAIT) of satellite test equipment. You will be part of an exciting journey with ample opportunity to put your own mark on Terma’s future, our MAIT team, and your daily responsibilities.
You will be part of our MAIT team, working across multiple categories, together with colleagues from our Warehouse Operations and Front Desk department.
Your daily tasks
* Check and track whether the FOD and ESD procedures are followed
* Ensure a clean and well-organized test lab incl. placing orders for the production and test lab
* Maintenance of the test equipment and coordination for the calibration of it
* Big deliveries / equipment receiving and unpacking, keeping the receiving area in appropriate condition
* Regular checking and replenishment of the Handstock
* Small packages shipment (packing, support documents, courier ordering, tracking)
* Parts commissioning (selection from the stock based on orders from the production / assembly / transport requests)
* Outdoor Storage management (in / out of the boxes/containers, keeping the storage in appropriate condition)
* Participation in the yearly Inventory preparation and execution
* Maintained Stock management (control, purchase requests preparation)
* Incoming deliveries processing (big and small)
* Incoming inspection of the parts and stock placement / projects handover
* Reception (Welcoming guests, coordinating admin questions)
Your profile
* Ideally, you already have professional experience in an international environment.
* You are reliable and like to bring in structure and organization.
* You are fluent in German and have basic English skills.
* You like to work independently and have the necessary hands-on mentality; you are also a real team player.

For legal reasons, we would like to point out the minimum salary of € 33,691.84 gross per year on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). Based on your qualifications, we offer an attractive salary, which may be higher than the collective agreement.
