Based at our headquaters in Basel (Switzerland), at one of our sites in Ladenburg (Germany) or Marckolsheim (France), we are looking for you as PMO R&D (m/f/d) Your main tasks and responsibilities Governance and Pipeline Management: Support global product pipeline governance, ensuring alignment across portfolios and adherence to best practices. Ideation: Assist project portfolio owners in organizing and executing ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Project Planning and Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and work with project owners to implement proactive mitigation strategies. Assist in developing comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Reporting and Analytics: Implement robust project monitoring mechanisms to track milestones and budget constraints. Generate regular status reports, executive summaries, and visual dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing project management processes to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements. Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to leverage best practices. Change Management and Adaptability: Implement new cross-functional processes while utilizing change management principles to minimize disruptions. Promote a culture of adaptability to navigate evolving project dynamics and challenges. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Act as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries and organize Stage Gate meetings and portfolio reviews. Tools Development: Develop tools to standardize reporting, monitor project portfolios, and store data. Proactively monitor and escalate risks to ensure timely resolutions. Your profile Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 3 years of experience in a PMO role, ideally within R&D Strong analytical skills and experience with project monitoring and reporting tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive process improvements and foster collaboration across teams Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., French, German) are a plus and will be advantageous for global collaboration Our offer to you Competitive salary and benefits package.
