We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Brand Manager to join the Brand Marketing Team. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand programs and initiatives in line with Milwaukee's Premium Brand Strategy and guidelines.
The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of the customer's path to purchase and the ability to connect activities that drive behavioural change. They should also have proven experience in leading end-to-end brand programs from inception to reporting that deliver measurable impact. You will exhibit passion, dedication, and commitment to marketing communications with a positive "can do" attitude that aligns with the values of the Milwaukee Way.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end brand advocacy programs and initiatives, from concept to reporting, that promote Milwaukee's Unique Value Propositions.
* Utilise all elements of the Milwaukee Marketing Mix ensuring continuity of brand message for all customer touchpoints.
* Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deeply understand Milwaukee's customers and key opportunities.
* Develop a sound knowledge and understanding of customers and competitors in the market to identify risks and opportunities.
* Support the Brand Team with managing Partnerships, Sponsorships to ensure they align with brand objectives and all agreed outcomes are delivered.
* Manage the Assistant Brand Manager ensuring they are supported to be successful in their role.
About You
* A minimum of 5+ years of relevant brand management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
* Tertiary qualified in Marketing or related discipline.
* Customer-focused vision - User First and Last.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships with diverse stakeholders (internal and external).
* Ability to build activity and articulate the role they play in supporting business targets.
* High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
* Ability to problem solve and make decisions that contribute to optimised business outcomes.
* Experience in managing external vendors and budgets.
