Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant - Construction
$90,000 – $110,000 per year + super + incentive

We are looking for an experienced Construction white-collar recruiter (permanent placements) to join our high performing team. You will be able to leverage off our blue collar client base (Synaco and IPA) and also bring your own network of clients and candidates.

What are we looking for?
1. Proven experience in 360 white-collar permanent recruitment in a Construction vertical
2. Ideally worked in the Construction industry in your career
3. Existing client connectivity as well as ability to generate leads
4. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively
5. Self-discipline and a results-oriented mindset
6. Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and candidates
7. The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
This role will be based 3 days in our Pirie street office in Adelaide.
